Who builds Zvitly
Zvitly is a product of WENEXUS Consulting GmbH, based in Vienna. We build bookkeeping for people who do it themselves: sole traders and small businesses in Austria.
Why this software exists
Austrian obligations cost a one-person business a disproportionate amount of time: the UVA every quarter or month, the Kleinunternehmer threshold, SVS contributions charged provisionally and reassessed later, plus the annual E1a. Existing tools are either built for tax advisors with clients, or know nothing about Austrian law. Zvitly closes exactly that gap — in four languages, because not everyone running a business in Austria works in German.

Where the line runs
Zvitly is not tax advice within the meaning of the WTBG 2017 and gives no individual tax advice. The product calculates, keeps your books and prepares self-filing — the decision stays with you, and complex cases belong with a Steuerberater. This is not boilerplate: tax advice is a regulated profession in Austria, and we do not practise it.
- We calculate with the rates in force and show where every figure comes from.
- We do not represent you before the tax office and sign nothing on your behalf.
- We do not do double-entry bookkeeping or annual financial statements.
Data
Data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt) and processed under the GDPR. We do not sell it and do not share it for advertising. What is collected, why, and on what legal basis is set out in the privacy policy and the GDPR section.
Where the numbers come from
Rates, thresholds and deadlines in the product and in the guides rest on primary sources: RIS (the official Austrian legal information system), BMF, SVS, WKO and USP. In the guides we name the specific section and the version date, so every figure can be checked without taking our word for it.
